Error installing the Cyclone III starter kit installation

Hi,

When i attempt to install the starter kit installation from the website -

I always get an Erroe Code 6005.

I've done everything that it suggested - I've closed all running programs, emptied the temporary files and i definitely have an internet connection but i still get the error. What could be causing this? I've tried to install all versions but i recognise that i need to install the V12 so it's compatible with the V12.1 Quartus that i have installed on to my computer.
