I continue to get this error code when trying compile an project. Does anyone no what this means or how can I fix it.

That is a quartus crash. You should report it to Altera.

Yes, Galfonz is right. Quartus II internal error cannot be fixed by user. You need to file case to MySupport and get a patch to workaround it.
