Epm3064atc100-10

Hi all

I am new to this forum ,

I am repare some electronic control card and in most of them we have EPM3064ATC100-10 , and we notice that they are broken due to voltage mistake, however I want to replace them but I need to read its flash using jtag inorder to program the new units when replaced, I still have some pcbs with working EPM3064ATC100-10.

Could you advise how to read the flash of it by jtag ?
