EPF10K20 design files for Cadence CIS?

I found that there are some Cadence CIS files furnished by Altera for their FPGAs.

However, I wasn't able to find a design file for the FLEX 10k FPGAs. Do these exist? In particular, I'm looking for a design file for a EPF10K20RC240-4.
