You were right! There is a SST25VF064C assembled on my board. Not the one I had expected from the schematic. But after copying your file to "C:\altera\15.0\nios2eds\bin\" I still get the same error as befor. Could it be that I did some wrong configuration in the quartus? I did make the internal RAM bigger, thats why the addresses are now different.
