EPCQ32 flashing process

Question

Hi,To program the EPCQ32 flash memory from Cyclone V (5CEBA4F17A7) do we need to change the configuration setting to active serial x 4? or can i just generate the .jic file and program through jtag?I have programmed flash with .jic directly not setting configuration mode to Active Serial x4. It worked, but in other same cyclone V device flash is programmed but its not booting.Can somebody kindly help with this.Regards,Poornima

Hi Poornima,Assuming you using custom board, is your MSEL set to AS mode?EPCQ32 supports for both ASX1 and ASX4 mode, but it also depends on how hardware is designed.
