我记得以前EP3C40是TSMC的65nm工艺，后来改为与Cyclone IV E相同的60nm工艺
但是找不到当年的PCN了

Thank you for contacting Intel Community. Kindly refer to PCN0904 which used to update the customers we transit the Cyclone III products from a 65nm to 60nm process at TSMC Fab 14.
