Since Cyclone III EP3C25F324C8N is unavailable, I need to find a FPGA that can be used as a replacement. Is there any other part no. that can fit in its footprint? If there is no direct replacement for this part, which component could have the less differences with this Cyclone III FPGA?

For this one, we do not have direct replacement for EP3C25F324C8N. We can suggest you to change it to Cyclone V or Cyclone IV for new design.
