EP2C35U48418 stuck in reset

Question

I have a problem with comming out of reset...

1. MSEL[1:0] are grounded

2. 10k pullup on nStatus, nConfig, and Conf_Done

3. After power up, I noticed nStatus is still low

I tried taking nConfig low and high, but nStatus is still low

4. NCE is grounded

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I believe you are using Quartus II 9.1.

See this thread for the workaround. Somehow I really don't understand why Altera doesn't release a fix like SP1 for this critical issue ASAP. This happens to Arria GX device as well.
