EP2AGX45DF25I5N Footprint Documentation

Can you provide documentation on the EP2AGX45DF25I5N footprint? It is a 572 pin FBGA IC. I reviewed the document, "Package Information Datasheet for Mature Altera Devices" and it appears to cover a wide spread of FBGA packages, but it does not include the 572 pin footprint.
