我们使用的是 Cyclone VI E：EP4CE22F17C8 芯片，我们想在程序下载到 FLASH 时实现加密和解密功能，以防止代码被盗。目前我们在 Quartus 上还没有找到对应的安全防护配置，请问有没有好的申诉方案呢？

Cyclone IV and earlier FPGA devices do not have built-in security features such as AES encryption or secure key storage. These security capabilities were introduced starting with Cyclone V and later FPGA families.
