Electric Field Disturbance Monitor

Hello all! I am creating a human electric field detector for my senior design class. I was wondering if I could use the Altera DE2 board to display the amount of emf signal on the altera's display by somehow connecting the schematic to the board. Is this possible? And if so, how can it be done?
