Downloads using Altera installer are extremely slow

Hi,

I was trying to install Quartus and Modelsim with the Altera installer since it allows to reduce download size (I only need Cyclone II family support in Quartus), and also because I can't get to download from the website with the download manager. However, downloads are so slow that I had to cancel (it only downloaded 20% of Quartus in about two hours).

Downloading the 2.7 GB installer directly, I get much faster throughput (close to the maximum permitted by my connection). But by downloading it this way, I have to download more than twice as much data and it is still a bit long.

This is not the first time I have this problem (almost everytime I have to update Quartus :-P ). Am I the only one ?
