Does QPP support incremental compilation?

It appears that Quartus Prime Pro (ver. 18.0 or later) does not support incremental compilation. The documentation does not discuss incremental compilation, and the Design Partitions Window does not...

Thanks. I was looking at that document, but wasn't sure if it was applicable, since I don't really think of what I am doing as a block-based design.
