Does 1SG085HN2F43E2LG must need to connect the PMBUS？

Kindly find the my reply below in details.

For Stratix 10 with support for SmartVID standard power ,you must connect the PWRMGT_SCT and PWRMGT_SDA connect to power management bus.

There are other opn in which the power line is fixed, that is L and X , in that there is no support for Smart VID , the power is fixed ,

Kindly find the reference in PCG : PAGE NO:28

If the OPN have L or x no support for SMART VID , so connection is not required , hope it clarifies
