I have buy some fpga devices , EP4CGX150DF27I7,the silkscreen of device surface as the following imae. I can`t understand the silkcreen represent what mean? or the devices are bad?

Honored ContributorSeems like no anomaly with the part. It is recommended to try with actual board. You may try using the JTAG to detect the device to verify if it is the 150 part that you want.

But i guess u dont have to worry too much if u bought them from an authorized distributor.
