Device problem(EP4CGX150DF27I7)

hi: I have buy some fpga devices , EP4CGX150DF27I7,the silkscreen of device surface as the following imae. I can`t understand the silkcreen represent what mean? or the devices are bad?

U can check the top marking format from this Altera KDB solution's link https://www.altera.com/support/support-resources/knowledge-base/solutions/rd10292013_192.html

But i guess u dont have to worry too much if u bought them from an authorized distributor.
