Device problem(EP4CGX150DF27I7)

hi: I have buy some fpga devices , EP4CGX150DF27I7,the silkscreen of device surface as the following imae. I can`t understand the silkcreen represent what mean? or the devices are bad?

You can verifying the device functionality by mounting it on board. If any issue observed, you may contact the supplier that you purchase from for further assistance.
