Device Files not found

I have Quartus II Web Edition installed(v 13.1.0) 64-bit version.I have it installed on a Windows 7 system. I have downloaded device files for the web edition and tried installing them with the devic...

Problem Solved. My mistake. Turns out I was downloading device files for the wrong version of Quartus. missed the little drop down menu which had 14.0 selected as the default. Sorry for the trouble.
