Detail for remote system upgrade for MAX 10 CFM memory through ethernet connection ?

i need to configure internal CFM memory in MAX 10 then i want to upgrade code inside the CFM through host PC ethernet.(i have nios and nios code stored in external flash memory).please share the document or demo code .
