Debugging DDR2 on Cyclon IV E

Hi,

I Have a Problem with the Auto Calibration cyclus of may DDR2 Interface.

On this reason I will debug a DDR-II RAM interface on may Cyclone IV E (EP4CE40F29C6) Chip over the JTAG Programming Device.

My Design is made with a ALTMEMPHY Megafunction (I want use the UNIPHY Design but it seems that this PHY not work with Cyclon IV Devices ? )

I Used the Altera Quartus II Design software in Verasion 13.1 (web Edition) on Windows 7.

The debugging Interface for External Memory in this software seems only for UNIPHAY devices, but i have found here a debugging Interface for ALTMEMPHY (ALTMEMPHY External Memory Interface Debug Toolkit). In the PDF that I have found is a download Link for the debugging software.

But the problem is I Can start this Software ... the tool tells me that it not fined a valid Quartus II Software.

Is here everyone that can me tell what is the problem ?

* Need I a newer Tool ... and where I can download this ?

* Need I the subscription Version of Quartus II Software for Debugging wit this Tool ?

* Is there a Configuration Problem on my Quartus Installation ?

* Can I use on Cyclon IV E Devices with a UNIPHY Design so I can Use the embedded Tool ?

* Can I use the in the Quartis II embedded Memory Interface Tookit with a ALTMEMPHAY interface ?
