Debugger issues for MAX V CPLD

My USB-Blaster isn’t showing up in Quartus 22.1 with the EPM240T100C5N, though it’s detected in Device Manager. I’ve tried all suggested solutions, but nothing works. Can you recommend an affordable debugger for Intel MAX V CPLDs?

    May I know where did you purchase the USB Blaster?


    We are unable to provide more information if the device is not originally from Altera.

    As a policy, Altera does not validate the authenticity of products purchased from unknown or unauthorized sources.

    Altera cannot guarantee that the parts will perform in accordance with Altera device specifications nor meet quality and reliability requirements.

    Purchase and use of products from non-authorized sources is at your own risk.
