De2 gpio led circuit

Hi, I wanted make a simple LED circuit that would be powered by one of the gpio pins. I wanted to know how much current does each pin provide and would I need to use a transistor?

Check the datasheet. I'ts on page 46 if you have the de2-115, but I suggest that, next time, you read that first.
