DDR4 Memory Model for simulation

Hi Guys, Where can I download DDR4 memory model for simulation purpose. Thanks, Dev

I don't think we can get the full non-protected file. The model from micron is supply with open source testbench (tb.v).

It suppose sufficient for us to run the simulation.
