DDR3 SDRAM controller with Uniphy and HPC

Hi,

Could anyone tell me the differences between the DDR3 SDRAM controller with UniPHY in Installed Plug-Ins and the DDR3 High Performance Controller in IP MegaStore?

According the EMI handbook, the cyclone V device's DDR3 controller is HPC II which is different from the two controllers before, this confuse me.
