DDR3 Micron simulation model in Modelsim

Hi,

No, I did not.

Nevertheless, I did something else, which was successful.

I took Altera example design, extracted DDR3 component from it, and I used it as an external DDR model. Works great.

That way I'm using all Altera files for the model.
