Dear Forum, in the CycloneV device overview the 5CSXFC5 has 85k LEs and 32,070 ALMs. When I do a compilation of my design, only the ALM utilization is shown in the report. What is the relationship...

Logic elements (LEs) are the basic building block of conventional FPGAs. As devices become more sophisticated and vendor-specific, LEs carry less meaning. In Stratix10, the ratio of ALM to LE is around 2.95 and this varies depending on the device families. Hope this answers.
