CycloneIII_3c25_start_niosII_standard project not found?

I have a cylcone III starter kit board.Under my example folder i only got 'control pane','niosii small','power demo','my first fpga' 4 examples. Where can i find cycloneiii_3c25_standard project. ...

Download the latest archive from here (ftp://ftp.altera.com/outgoing/devkit/10.0/cycloneiii_3c25_start_v10.0.0.exe) and you should have the standard example in it.

There is an Avalon Tristate Bridge that you can instantiate in SOPC builder to connect to external components through a standard tristated data/address bus. This bridge supports having several components sharing the same bus so you can use it with both the ssram and the flash.
