Hi,

I see the subject is related to MCS file.

The MCS file format is associated with Xilinx ecosystem.

It is necessary to use a POF for a flash device programming.

A conversion SOF -> POF can be done in Quartus/File/Convert Programming File window.

Other possibility is to use JAM/JBC or SVF files.
