Cyclone V TSN enabled devices

Hello,
We order a Cyclone V 5CSEBA6U23I7N but have availability issues at the moment. 5CSEBA6U23I7NTS is available - if we're not interested in the TSN IP could be use this part without changing the configuration bitstream?
