Cyclone V SoCKit "Device Not Detected" in SIgnal Tap

Hello There,

i am trying to use Signal Tap II Logic Analyzer in Quartus 13.1 and

while trying to use signal tab my Signal Tap GUI detect the hardware "CV SoCKit[USB-a]" but did't detect the Device even if i have press the Scan Chain several time

i have select the Correct Device that is "5CSXFC6D6F31C8ES".

    Signal Tap often fluff and ask rerunning.

    Insert picture with bad state!

    In my 13.1 now in right-up corner is inscriptions "JTAG ready", "USB-BlasterII [USB-1]" and dropbox with "@1: SOCVHPS (0x4BA00477)", "@2: 5CSEBA6 (,|ES)/5CSEMA6/.. (0x02D020DD)" and "@3: 5M(1270ZF324|2210Z)/EPM2210 (0x020A40DD)".

    About "CV SoCKit[USB-a]" or "5CSXFC6D6F31C8ES" I not see never, or download .sof and work sucessful.
