Cyclone V SoC FPGA

Question

i Wants to Buy 
DE1-SoC Board to do some Hubby Project 
can i get a Intel Quartus Prime Lite Edition Design Too, for the above Device family.
What it is showing in the Intel Site is, it is support for Cyclone V not clearely mentioned for SoC or FPGA only.
Please Guide

Yes, you can use the Intel Quartus Prime Lite Edition Design Tool for the DE1-SoC board. The Tool download link https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/collections/products/fpga/software/downloads.html?s=Newest
For example, Terasic DE1-SoC 5CSEMA5F31C6 check image below:
