For your information, 5CGXBC5C6F23C7N, 5CEBA4F23C8N, 5CEBA7F31C8N is from Cyclone V device family which is still active and available. Anyhow, the life cycle is depending on its order volume.

You can subscribe to our customer notification mailing list at below link so that you can be notified when an Altera(now Intel) device is going to be discontinued.
