Cyclone V I2C0 intialization...?

Hi forum,

i am working with cyclone V SOC. can anyone please tell me how to enable/initialize a particular i2c controller. because there are 4 i2c controllers and i want to use only i2c0 controller.if anyone have any code of i2c0 then plz forward to me.
