Cyclone IV/V not supported the ALTFP_CONVERT function (according to datasheet)

According to the "ALTFP_CONVERT" datasheet, it seems that the Floating Point Converter (ALTFP_CONVERT) megafunction not supported the Cyclone IV and the Cyclone V Altera® device families (Page 1-1, Device Family Support). Is it really not supported or maybe this is an old version of the datasheet? (The same for the ALTFP_DIV and so on…)

    That looks like an old user guide from before CIV and CV existed (SIV and SV aren't listed there either). Why not just try it?
