Cyclone IV E in M164 Package

Has anyone used the Cyclone IV in the M164 package? I can't seem to locate any in distribution. The small footprint (8X8mm) looks attractive for my new design but the availability appears to be a problem. My usage will be ~50 pieces immediately, 100's for the pre-production run and 1000's annually after that. Does this package really exist or will Altera make it only on a special order of 1,000,000 pieces or more?
