CYCLONE III tri state impedance

Hi

I was just wandering if anyone knows what is the actual value, 100K, 1M 10M?

I've failed to find this info in the handbook...

    It's unusual to specify input impedance for digital chips without built-in termination. The datasheet specifies a leakage current, as usual. But that's a kind of default specification. In the Ibis files, you'll find 0.000 input current, for the resistance I would expect GOhm range, as with other CMOS circuits.
