CYCLONE III tri state impedance

It's unusual to specify input impedance for digital chips without built-in termination. The datasheet specifies a leakage current, as usual. But that's a kind of default specification. In the Ibis files, you'll find 0.000 input current, for the resistance I would expect GOhm range, as with other CMOS circuits.
