Cyclone III footprints

Hi dear all friends

Hope to be fine

Iwant to use footprint of Cyclone III devices which is available in altera's website. I am using Alegro-Cadence layout design for PCB and I can not open these files in layout as liberary

actually there is .lib or .llb file and all I could find is .dra file which can be opened by PCB editor:(

can I have the .lib or.llb files from there files? how can I export a footpint that I open in PCB editor to a file that I can open with layout:confused:
