cyclone III development kit + flash memory

I have purchased the Altera cyclone IIII development kit . I have loaded my design onto the flash memory, so when I power the board the FPGA is configured with my code. Is it possible now to use the ...

I imagine it is possible but not easily.

What about using the In-System Sources and Probes in Quartus? This might be the fastest solution depending on what you are trying to do.
