Cyclone I (EP1C20) device library for Quartus II v13.1

Hi,

I would be very great-full if anyone could point me to where I can obtain the Cyclone I, for the EP1C20 FPGA in CAEN V1495 VME board, device library for Quartus II. I realise that this is a simple question but I am running version 13.1 of quartus II and they do not have this cyclone I library for this version. In fact the last version they support is v13.0. I tried downloading the device library for version 13.0 and try and install it on version 13.1 but it does not work. Will I have to uninstall my current version of quartus II so that I can install the older version 13.0 so that I can use the needed device library for my project? Thank you for your time.
