cyclone ep3c 1.8v can handle 3.3 v input

Hai,

we are making interface omap 3530 and fpga.We are previously use 2.5 v cylone EP3C25q,in order to comapactible with omap 3530 i change FPGA to cyclone 1.8 v FPGA . In my design EPROM and JTAG is using 3.3 v. Can any one suugest these eprom and jtag can connected to1.8 v ep3c FPGA.
