Cyclone 10 Rel Report

The 1H 2017 reliability report does not include the Cyclone 10 FPGA's. I'm looking for life test data for the Cyclone 10 LP's.

Hi Ron_D,

Thank you for contacting Intel Community. For your information, a CNDA between your company and Intel FPGA is required for getting the Cyclone 10 LP's reliability report. If the CNDA available, kindly provide the CNDA number for us to provide the report to you. Feel free to let me know if you have any concerns.
