​Hi Nooraini,

I have removed The 3.3V to 1.8V translators and wired in a 10 pin header for passive serial.

All attempts to program this FPGA from Quartus Prime using USB Blaster has failed.

I have tried this with both *.RBF files and also with *.SOF files

I have also tried this with RPD file, both with header removed and with header intact.

Programming with Quartus tools is a problem right now

Did you review my screen shots with settings on how the rbf file was built? did you see any issues with that ?
