Cyclone 10 GXB Transceiver EMC Output Termination

Hi,

In my cyclone 10 GX FPGA design, I have the GXB transceivers constantly transmitting pseudo random signal pattern. In one of the board assemblies some of the TX outputs channels of the transceiver will remain unconnected. I would like to terminate those outputs to reduce EMC interference. What is the recommended termination for those?

    If you are not using the transceiver, would you consider turn off the transceiver or keep the channel in reset status? 4. Resetting Transceiver Channels
