Cyclone 10 GX Transceiver IBIS Model

How do I go about getting the transceiver IBIS model for the Cyclone 10 GX? It's listed here https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/support/support-resources/download/board-layout-test/hspice.html but is one of only a few that say to contact support but there is no obvious way to contact support outside of posting on this forum.
