cycloneⅡ configration problem!!!

Sorry ,My english is poor,I have a question. when i touch AS port with my hand , the ep2c8q208i8 is reconfigration, especially, touched nconfig pin on the AS port , I have tired nconfig pin to 3.3...

Well yes, driving the nConfig pin to ground is one way to trigger a reconfig. I have a question that may sound strange. Is it just when you touch the nConfig pin or is it when you are trying to plug (or unplug) the USB-Blaster into the AS port?
