Could you provide a easy way to master TimeQuest?

The documents are not easy to understand many concepts, so could you provide a easy way to master TimeQuest? For example, provide more design examples, how to set contrains, and how to deal with ...

If your company will spot for it, I would highly recommend the timequest class from altera. It helped me a lot when I was first starting out with Altera. However they happen only every couple of months. Other than that start first with constraining just clocks and using derive_pll_clocks . IO constraints still confuse me a little at times.
