"Could not create the java virtual machine" when implement dsp functions :(

Hi all,

I'm getting an "could not create the Java Virtual Machine" froem the MegaWizard Plugin Manager for trying to implement DSP functions... This happens consistently for the almost functions but the wizard works well for the Gates and some functions.

The Java application launcher error "could not open the java virtual machine" happens consistantly when I start the MegaWizard Plug-in manager and attempt to create a new component.

I don't know if the problems due to my compuper's antivius, I'm sure that the my computer's physical memory is enough when uses 8Gb Ram. Because I have done as this Description of altera suppot but nothings change.

I'm using quartus 13.0sp1, JRE 1.8, windows 8.1 update 1 pro.

Anyone could help me fix that error, please!
