Configuring Agilex FPGA (AGFB012R24B2I3E)

Hai, We are not able to configure the Agilex FPGA(AGFB012R24B2I3E), The Loading of the sof file Fails at 40% and we are getting the error as attached here. Please help to resolve this issue. ...
